In short

Poopity Pigeon has no ads, no in-app purchases and no analytics or tracking. We don't sell or share your data. The only data that leaves your device is what the online leaderboards need, and those are run by Google and Apple.

Data stored on your device

The game saves your settings (such as sound and music volume), your best scores, unlocked skins and similar progress on your device only. We don't receive this data. It is deleted when you uninstall the game.

Online leaderboards

If you sign in to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), the game sends your scores (distance and droppings) to the leaderboards of that service, where they are shown together with your player name and avatar. The service is run by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies; we only see the leaderboard entries, not your email address or other account details. The legal basis is the performance of the service you choose to use (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

You can play without signing in; then nothing is sent. You can remove your scores or sign out in your Google Play Games or Game Center settings.

App stores

When you download the game, Google Play or the Apple App Store process data such as your account and device information under their own privacy policies. Crash reports and usage statistics that you allow your device to share with Google or Apple may be shown to us in anonymous, aggregated form.

Children

The game doesn't knowingly collect personal data from children. Leaderboards are only used if a player signs in to Google Play Games or Game Center, whose own rules for children's accounts apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Contact us at support@prekupetz-games.com. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

If the game changes how it handles data, for example by adding new features, we will update this policy and the date above.
