Terms of Service

for the mobile game Poopity Pigeon by Prekupetz Games. Last updated: October 12, 2026.

1. Agreement

By downloading or playing Poopity Pigeon you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. The terms of the app store you downloaded the game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply.

2. Using the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the game on your own devices for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent out, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Fair play and leaderboards

The online leaderboards are provided through Google Play Games and Apple Game Center. Please play fair: no cheating, hacking, modified versions of the game or other ways of manipulating scores. We may remove scores that look manipulated or impossible and exclude players who cheat from the leaderboards. Your player name and avatar come from Google or Apple and must follow their rules.

4. Intellectual property

The game, including its characters, artwork, sounds, music and code, belongs to Prekupetz Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms don't give you any rights to it beyond playing the game.

5. Availability and changes

The game is free to play. We may update, change or stop offering the game or parts of it, such as the leaderboards, at any time. We don't guarantee that the game will always be available, run without errors or work on every device.

6. Liability

The game is provided free of charge and "as is". We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law. Otherwise our liability is excluded as far as the law allows.

7. Privacy

How the game handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game gets new features. The current version is always on this page, with its date above. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in still apply.
